Vehicle registration: Trunk or Treat in Youngstown NY a Youngstown Recreation event!

Register your vehicle for the Youngstown Halloween Party Trunk or Treat! Decorate your "trunk" and hand out goodies to the kids while they trick-or-treat in the Village Center parking lot.  Limited space to 30 vehicles. The parking lot will be closed off to only vehicles registered to participate in the Trunk-Or-Treat. You must arrive and check in between 11am-11:30am to set-up your decorations.  The children will begin trick-or-treating once they arrive back from the Halloween parade (noon-12:30pm).  To ensure the safety of the children attending,  vehicles will not be permitted to leave until the end of the event.  Let's make our first Youngstown Trunk or Treat and great success!!!!  Thank you!
